French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care Representative to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service in France. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering clear, professional assistance to customers while ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls related to mobile phone rentals.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication in French and English.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and document interactions accurately.
• Follow internal processes and maintain high‑quality service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1).
• Previous experience in customer support, especially handling inbound calls.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 or macOS 14 operating systems.
• Ability to use a wired USB headset for calls.
• Stable wired internet connection (LAN) and a computer meeting minimum specifications (1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space).
