French Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify (preferred).
