Client Acquisition Specialist – Commission-Based (Remote, Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

We are a boutique wellness company offering a high‑ticket 48‑hour retreat and a 12‑week online coaching program. We need a results‑driven Client Acquisition Specialist to connect with qualified prospects in both French and English markets and close high‑value sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to ideal prospects primarily online, with occasional in‑person meetings.
• Qualify leads based on fit rather than volume, ensuring alignment with our transformation programs.
• Conduct warm, integrity‑focused closing conversations to secure new clients.
• Explore and develop international partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with the founder, attend daily 15‑minute morning check‑ins, and maintain responsive communication.

Required profile

• Organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously while respecting brand guidelines.
• Comfortable with a creative, non‑linear founder and adaptable to shifting work pace.
• Motivated by tangible results rather than activity metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both French and English.
