About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. The role focuses on assisting customers via chat and email, delivering clear and courteous service in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support through chat and email in French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple conversations.
• Organized, reliable, and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
