Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop App team. In this remote position you will assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers via voice, chat and email, delivering fast and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live-chat sessions and email inquiries from customers.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate information and resolve problems quickly.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Personal PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor and a stable 25 Mbps internet connection.
