About the role

Join our TalentPop App team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in both Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful written support that our diverse customers rely on, helping resolve issues quickly and leaving a lasting positive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email, delivering exceptional service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, offering quick, accurate solutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
