Senior Commissioning Document Control Specialist (EMEA)

About the Role

Join a global leader in critical digital infrastructure as a Commissioning Document Control Specialist. This dynamic role offers a unique blend of office-based strategic management and hands-on field experience, with 50% of your time spent traveling to client sites across the EMEA region to ensure project excellence.

Main Missions

• Manage and maintain full traceability, archiving, and version control of all technical and project documentation during the commissioning phase.
• Coordinate document collection and tracking in close collaboration with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commissioning teams.
• Supervise the entire review and approval workflow to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and continuously update internal documentation procedures.
• Provide training to internal staff and clients on the use of the Document Control System.
• Support the preparation of comprehensive commissioning reports and final handover dossiers.

Profile Required

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in Document Control, Archive Management, or a similar technical administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders and international clients.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) across the EMEA region.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
