Join a global leader in specialty chemicals as a Marketing Specialist. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our local market presence, ensuring our brand excellence aligns perfectly with Sika's global, EMEA, and AEUE strategic visions.

Missions principales

• Strategic Implementation: Execute and contribute to the development of local marketing strategies in alignment with corporate AEUE guidelines.
• Content & Brand Management: Create and manage high-quality promotional and technical materials (brochures, flyers, digital content) and oversee brand identity.
• Digital & PR Excellence: Drive proactive communication with media and agencies, managing content for digital channels and PR activities.
• Performance & Lead Management: Analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing actions, and manage lead conversion to drive sales growth.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting.
• Event & Product Launch: Coordinate product launches in collaboration with sales teams and manage end-to-end event logistics (concept to execution).
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the marketing budget, manage promotional stock, and optimize procurement for marketing activities.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within an industrial or B2B environment.
• Strong ability to translate global strategies into impactful local actions.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and lead conversion.
• Excellent communication skills for media relations and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
