About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support entirely remotely. You will interact with customers via chat and email, delivering clear, helpful responses that enhance the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer inquiries, order questions, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document each interaction and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and the customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
