Missions principales

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist clients in discovering and booking the best travel experiences tailored to their needs.
• Manage end-to-end booking processes, including modifications, cancellations, and rate inquiries.
• Monitor availability and ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements.
• Provide exceptional, high-quality service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Profil recherché

• Native or professional fluency in Croatian and English is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
