Country Administration and Finance Manager

About the role

The Country Administration and Finance Manager will act as the Finance Business Partner to the Country Director, ensuring that the Mali entity operates efficiently, complies with legal and Group requirements, and supports overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, Group policies and internal financial processes.
• Lead, coach and develop the local Accounting team, monitoring performance and fostering growth.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports, balance‑sheet reviews and business analyses.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting and business cycle processes.
• Support the development and financial review of major operational projects and contract offers.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all finance matters related to mining or construction contracts in Mali.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in Africa, preferably in equipment distribution, mining or construction.
• Strong background in controlling and financial analysis.
• Proven people‑management experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
