Book Keeper / Payments Specialist

About the role

As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and ensuring that records are accurate and up‑to‑date. Working closely with the finance team, you will handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping, process payments and support budgeting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks.
• Process payments and invoices promptly.
• Reconcile bank statements and various accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
• Experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
