Main Missions

• Provide exceptional support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize service processes.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Profile Required

• Native or professional fluency in Croatian is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
