Driver – Safe Transportation & Vehicle Maintenance

About the role

The Driver is responsible for the safe, reliable and timely transportation of authorized personnel, cargo and hazardous goods. The role also includes routine vehicle maintenance, accident response and administrative support for office facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and punctual transport of staff, cargo and hazardous items.
• Collect and deliver mail, documents and other items as required.
• Meet and assist personnel at airports, handling immigration and customs formalities.
• Maintain accurate daily vehicle logs and contribute to maintenance planning.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, minor repairs and coordinate major repairs.
• Keep vehicles clean, road‑worthy and ensure all required documents and supplies are available.
• Respond to accidents in line with organisational procedures.
• Support administrative services with procurement, inventory management and minor facility repairs.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in safe and defensive driving and basic vehicle repair.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Valid driver’s licence and driver training certification.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
