Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. You will handle order tracking, product questions, and issue resolution while delivering a friendly, empathetic experience that turns frustration into satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in the support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
