Join our dynamic Global HR team as a Total Rewards Intern and play a key role in shaping the employee value proposition at a global scale. This internship offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the strategic side of Human Resources, combining data analysis with impactful employee communication.
Missions principales
- Support the administration and development of global compensation and benefits programs across multiple departments and countries.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, ensuring high-quality internal service.
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage enrollment processes and service delivery.
- Conduct salary benchmarking reports and analyze benefits data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain and update internal communication tools, including SharePoint sites, to ensure accurate information flow.
- Prepare professional presentations and reports to support decision-making and cost-saving initiatives.
Profil recherché
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn global HR processes and compensation structures.
Competences requises
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is a plus).
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar collaborative platforms is an advantage.
