Missions principales

• Manage customer journeys by handling high-visibility cases, including complex scenarios and medical/hospitalization support.
• Collaborate effectively with global partners, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor service and sales KPIs while proactively resolving issues and following up on customer feedback.
• Conduct face-to-face interactions to ensure premium service quality and customer satisfaction.
