Join IBM IX – Experience The Human Factor as a Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact digital solutions.

Missions principales

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from detailed planning and scope definition to milestone tracking and resource allocation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on opportunities, costs, risks, and project options.
• Manage release and deployment processes in strict compliance with organizational standards, contractual agreements, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks by developing robust contingency plans.
• Ensure transparent reporting on project health, including profitability, budget, timeline, scope, quality, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Manage scope definition, user story refinement, estimations, and change management for digital projects.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in managing complex digital or software development projects.
• Strong ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage client relationships.
