HR Specialist - People & Culture

About the role

Join our dynamic People & Culture team in Zagreb as an HR Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will act as a proactive partner to both managers and employees, ensuring operational excellence while driving strategic HR initiatives such as annual workforce planning and budget management.

Main missions

• Serve as a trusted HR point of contact, providing expert guidance to managers and employees on daily HR matters.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, attendance, and disciplinary procedures, in full compliance with local legislation.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and support seamless onboarding experiences for new talents.
• Contribute to annual workforce planning and budgeting, including salary increments, recruitment needs, and personnel cost forecasting.
• Collect and consolidate workforce data to prepare insightful HR reports and analytics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuously improve HR processes and tools to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
