Automation Operator – High‑Speed Machine Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Automation Operator to work on high‑speed automated machines, handling raw material loading, product packing and visual inspection in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect visual attributes of each product and record data as required.
• Operate automated high‑speed machines, load raw materials and pack finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including wiping equipment and removing debris.
• Monitor machine rejects, ensure correct loading of feeders and loaders, and follow SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete assigned training.
• Train new employees as needed and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 10 kg safely.
• Flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Good color perception, manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using SAP.
